Let’s talk about one-size-fits-all diets. It’s so easy to get lost in the latest dieting trend noise. With so many viral trends, it’s easy to follow generic advice based on a one-size-fits-all stance regarding your diet and nutrition.
Because I’ve been where you may be right now. Wanting to achieve your goals, and yet unable to force yourself to eat one more thing you detest to get them. And you shouldn’t have to do this either. Here's where I come in because I'm not just one of those nutrition-specific coaches. I'm all of them and none of them at the same time. That’s because, at F3, we understand the desire to have different diet lifestyles and preferences factored into your health and fitness goals.
Why? Because we value your uniqueness and want to consider your personalized nutrition. You should also like that for yourself. My answer hasn't changed when women ask me the best diet to follow. “The one that works best for YOU.”-is my response. Let’s be real here; what works for one person may NOT work for another.

Because honestly, no one will stick with a nutrition program when they detest what they’re eating consistently, and yet they have health or fitness goals they want to achieve. It’s a recipe for disaster sprinkled with unrealistic expectations.
Instead of taking this disastrous route, consider it impossible to prescribe a one-size-fits-all diet because of our diverse backgrounds, changing environments, unique DNA, and personal preferences.
This isn’t a new stance. It’s a realistic one.
Of course, cutting out certain foods, like processed ones, in a Paleo diet or following a Whole Foods Plant-based (WFPB) diet often leads to reduced hunger, which turns into fewer calories and even excess sugar being consumed. This will naturally help better assist in weight-loss goals. However, not everyone wants to follow these specific lifestyles regarding their daily diet.
That’s why personal nutrition isn't just about jumping on the latest diet bandwagon.
Another thing to consider is that some people focus on their daily caloric intake or macro tracking. Others may be relegated to budget-specific goals regarding cooking or grocery shopping. For others, it could be different lifestyle-specific diets like keto, vegan, or gluten-free. The great thing is that F3 has recipe packs that consider all these specifications, plus more.
